Eligibility for Returns
At ScentedStore.net, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in our quality control and packaging processes. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
To initiate a claim, email us at a1.merch20.25@gmail.com with:
- Clear images of the product received
- A description of the issue
- An unboxing video (required for damage claims)
After review, we will process a refund or replacement within 4-8 days if the claim is approved.
Refunds for Failed Transactions
If an online transaction fails, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
